Once the Galar Gyms have been completed, Zacian, Zamazenta, Eternatus and Kubfu can be found in the wild. I do not know where, but they are definitely available to be found. I also do not know if Kubfu can evolve into Urshifu in either it's Single Strike Style or Multi Strike Sytle, and even further for the Gigantamax versions of these forms.
If I find out more information, I will be sure to edit this message.
