I do and I have, however I have been banned for over 3 years at this point and I would like to see changes were they not perma-ban everyone but rather give a warning/small punishment and then a perma-ban

Has there ever been a consideration for ban appeals. As some people including myself have acknowledged that the actions done were wrong and should not be done again under any circumstances.
