Your Necrozma alone is worth around 3mil pds

3mil exp is worth 9-12mil pds max.

 

My Necrozma with 1mil exp will be worth 7mil pds [3mil+4mil]

My Dark Darkrai with 1mil exp is worth 4-5mil pds {lets take 4mil}

My Naganadel is worth 1-2mil {lets take 1mil}

 

So If we sum it all up we get around 12mil pds
And your necrozma is also around 12mil pds

 

So....
I don't know what is your idea of fair but personally i think this is a fair deal
