the problem repeated with me too in my second account subzero890 i won a shiny cresselia in an auction and so i didnt get it in my team and maybe i think its happening because i had only one pokemon in my team so your team is also not filled too right? so i advise you to catch four more pokemon and then see what happens if not you have to message patrick only he can do something about your problem.
