actually there is a easy way to level up your lv5 or lv6 flying pokemon to more than lv90

it is that just put your lv5 or lv6 flying pokemon in your team and battle against flyingsoda account with that alone it is also a training account all the herracross  in it all using ground type attacks which will not damage your pokemon at all and you would get more money also i saw it in youtube only
