Hey, I did try looking in the middle of route 21 at night. I looked for like 2 and a half hours and I haven’t encountered even a single rare or legendary. Am I doing something wrong? Please suggest.

Btw I have all eight legendary unlock ribbons.

And I have also encountered a mesprit So i know it is possible, but that was five days ago.

  sometimes, it just take hours to hunt them, just try walking all over route 21, it will show up eventually

  Rayquaza shows up in route 21 at night time. go in the middle of the map, better spot for it.
