auke1993 actually made an explanation on what to do here, so, take a pokemon that is immune to a type use a training acc, then first use the pokemon that gets damaged and let it faint, then take the immune poke and finish the battle. usually u would get 3000 with complete immune but this only talkes out half which means 1500exp

☝️this is for level 6 pokes

 

for level 100 pokes, just take a training acc thats weak against its type and easily defeat the team because for lvl100 pokes do more damage and have more life. so it wont get affected much. you will still get the same amount which is 3000exp
