Q - Where can I find a certain Pokémon?

Q - I keep battling with the same Pokémon over and over but I don't see it's happiness raising. Why is this?
A - The Pokémon's happiness is going up, you just can't see it until it meets the requirements of a new heart. We have a guide detailing the functionality of happiness which can be found here: https://wiki.pokemon-vortex.com/wiki/Happiness

 

Q - I got a message from somebody asking to change my password/email or give them my password. What do I do about this?
A - This is a scam to try and gain access to your account and steal your Pokémon or the account entirely. Don't ever change your password or email if someone asks you - Pokémon Vortex representatives will never ask you to do this as it's not necessary.

Q - When will a certain feature, event or update happen?

A - If there is no announcement for it yet on our in-game news feed or Discord, then no one knows yet and the question cannot be answered.

 

Q - How much is this worth?

A - Values are never set in stone and are constantly changing with the Vortex economy which means any answer is likely a personal opinion or will be outdated soon. As a result of this, we do not allow questions about values of anything here. You can use our Discord server to get recent sale figures of items and Pokémon.
