Yes, it is based off of the time zone you set when you created your account. It would have to be nighttime in your area.

In order to fuse them, they both have to be the same variant, so that won’t work.

He may have been banned from forums or the game for unknown reasons. Developers removed him from the forum list, so don’t worry about it.

It is a trade that requires trust between both sides. You will have to trust the person you are trading with, as he or she might not give you what they supposedly promised. Examples are exp or happiness training, as they might not do it and then sell it on auction to just get the money.
