Forum clans is no longer a thing, it was mainly used by players to apply pictures to their clan which was not the purpose of them but to give clans a place to talk.
A way to apply pictures to clans will be available within the game in a future update but forum clans will never come back.

As you can see from your current stats, your Unique Pokemon is currently 0 which is making your points stay at 0 because that part of the formula is cancelling out the rest of your statistics.

If you go to the Seasonal Leaderboard in the members tab on the left, scroll down and you'll see your own rank/stats at the bottom if you are not yet in the top 100 for this season.
(This requires you to have done a seasonal action such as catch a Pokémon or win in the battle tower otherwise you will not appear there)
 

I take it you mean the account Neji-? You didn't specify but that seems to be the only one with ties to the account you're posting from.
Anyway, we do not ban accounts just for having association with someone who gets banned (i.e. someone who got banned previously logged into an account of yours). Nor do we use IP addresses as a form of linking accounts or determine identity as that is highly unreliable due to the ability to change or mask IP addresses.
That account was also found to have previously automated gameplay using the same method as the person mentioned, marri10.
As a result of this, unfortunately, the account is gone and will not be recovered, nor any of its contents.
