    Well, if your Pokemon has a type that is completely resistant to another type, there are trainers specifically made you can battle train them from any level. For example, if you had a Flying type Pokemon, you could train it against flying_unit since your Pokemon will not be hit by any attacks.

     

    Otherwise, you would basically either want to battle wild pokemon, then gyms until it can beat a training account, or with another high level pokemon, fight with the low level one until it faints and then finish the battle with the better ones. The EXP gets split between them so the lower level one will eventually gain levels as well.

    Hmm, I am waiting for VITOL to get back to me on the Shiny Omanyte. If you can do the trade right now, I will do it for 1.3m + Suicune + Thundurus since those are the only normal legends I am missing.
