if you train a 5 level normal type pokemon in normal unit training account you get 60k exp in a single match.

 

Edit: Calculation= Rival pokemons total level/your fighting pokemon's level*500=the exp you will get.

Seems like it. I'm new to vortex and i'm farming badges to finding legendaries. All the exp i farmed and pokemons are gone. And i was farming with the lag issues. So frustrated right now...
