    If you don't know who I am, the name's Soups and I do giveaways when I think I have at least something worth giving away.

    Pretty much all the general rules apply:

    The tournament we're having here is to decide who's going to be the champion and elite4, the ones that didn't make it that far in the tournament will become gym leaders, in order to be a gym leader you have to be in the tournament and hope you make it far enough to meet the requirements
