Hello, everyone! I'm YaziR, and I'm excited to present my latest fun project. But before I dive into it, let me give you a quick overview of my previous posts:

IntroductionNow, let's talk about my new project. In our game, we have an excellent Pokédex that helps us keep track of our Pokémon. However, I encountered some challenges while trying to complete my Pokédex. The built-in Pokédex lacks a route-wise tracking feature, and I also found it difficult to keep tabs on the Pokémon I needed to catch for evolutions.
For instance, when I explore Route 10, I encounter Burmy (Plant). To evolve Burmy (Plant) into Wormadam (Plant), I need to catch a female Burmy (Plant), while to evolve it into Mothim, I need to catch a male Burmy (Plant). To complete the Burmy (Plant) set, I have to catch one male and one female Burmy (Plant) of each variant. Then, I move on to Route 7 for more hunting, where I find Burmy (Sand). In this case, I don't need to catch male Burmy (Sand) because male Burmy (Plant, Sand, and Steel) evolves into Mothim, while the female evolves into the respective Wormadam. All I require from Route 7 to complete my Pokédex is a female Burmy (Sand) and either a male or female Burmy (Sand) for the Burmy (Sand) set.
It might sound a bit complicated, right? To simplify this process, I've created a centralized tracking system in a Google Sheet. I've invested a significant amount of time and effort into this sheet to map each individual Pokémon to its spawning route. This allows me to create an efficient tracking tool. Here are some of the advantages of using this tool:- The tool provides guidance on what to catch from each route.
- It helps you keep track of the number of Pokémon you need to complete your evolution sets.
- The color coding and status column assist you in staying organized.
- The tool includes route-wise listings of Pokémon, including Alolan, Galarian, Hisuian, Legendary, and Ultra Beasts. These categories help you track the completion of those Pokémon individually.
- The tool is future-proof, allowing you to add more routes and Pokémon as the game evolves.

Prep
- First, click the link to open the Google Sheet. It's a view-only sheet, so you won't be able to edit it directly. Next, click on "File" and select "Make a Copy." This will create a copy of the sheet in your Google Drive, which you can edit.
- The sheet consists of two tabs: "Dex Entry" and "Database." Please DO NOT MODIFY the "Database" tab. All your work will be done in the "Dex Entry" tab
Steps
To get started, follow these steps:
- Click the dropdown menu in cell B1 and choose the route you are currently hunting in. For example, if you're hunting in Route 9, select "Route 9."
- After selecting the route, click on the filter icon in cell A1 and then click "OK." This step is crucial. If you skip this step and do not apply the filter, the sheet won't display the Pokémon from the selected route.
- Now, you're ready to start hunting. Whenever you catch a Pokémon, add "1" to the corresponding cell. For example, if you encounter and catch a shiny Munchlax while exploring, enter "1" in the respective cell. Continue this process as you hunt.
- For instance, if you find another shiny Munchlax later, add "1" to the previous count and update the cell. So, in this case, you should enter "2" in the cell.
- When you've caught three shiny Munchlaxes, the cell will turn green, indicating that you've collected all the shiny Munchlaxes required for their evolutions.
- As you accumulate three Munchlaxes of all variants, you'll notice the name's color changing from red to green, and the status of that Pokémon will change from "Not Done" to "Done."
- As you keep hunting and catching Pokémon, fill out this information in parallel. Over time, you'll see your sheet gradually filling up and tracking your progress effectively.
- For those who have already started their Pokémon catching journey, you may need to manually enter the counts of the Pokémon you already have in your Pokédex. This initial manual input is a one-time task, and as you continue to use this tool, you'll find that it becomes less necessary over time.
Vital Information
This sheet is centralized, meaning that each Pokémon appears only once. Some Pokémon may spawn in multiple routes. For example, Magikarp is often found in various water maps. If you've completed the Magikarp set while you were in Route 7, when you filter the Pokémon for Route 8, you'll notice that the Magikarp set is marked as completed. This helps you focus on catching only the Pokémon you still need.
You can also adjust the number of Pokémon you need in column E. I haven't included the Pokémon needed for Gigantamax forms. For example, I've only entered 3 Munchlaxes, but if you need 4 for a Gigantamax form, you can change the "3" to "4" as required.
The dropdown menu in cell B2 offers a variety of filtering options. If you filter using "###," you can see all the Pokémon entries. You can also use this sheet to locate where a particular Pokémon is spawning. To do this:- Filter for all Pokémon using "###" in the filter code.
- Press "Ctrl + F" to open the search bar.
- Search for the Pokémon you're interested in (e.g., "Onix").
- Check the spawning route for that Pokémon in column A.
Finally, you also have the flexibility to sort this form in any way that suits your needs. Here's how to do it:- Right-click on the column header that you want to sort.
- Choose "Sort A to Z" to sort in ascending order or "Sort Z to A" to sort in descending order.
The most useful sorting options often involve sorting Pokémon entries by their status (Column L) or by their location (Column C).
Understanding the Terms
In Column D, you'll find information about the spawning locations, and it may contain some cryptic words. Here's an explanation of these terms:
"Day": The Pokémon spawns exclusively during the daytime.
"Night": The Pokémon spawns only during nighttime.
"All time": The Pokémon can be found at any time, regardless of day or night.
For more complex descriptions, such as "NewHvn, 12, Citadl - C; 3, 21 - D; 8 - N" (for Pidgey)," it means:
In New Haven, Route 12, and Vortex Citadel, Pidgey is commonly found (both day and night).
On Route 21, it's available during the day only.
On Route 8, Pidgey appears at night only.This tool may be a boon for some people, while others may not find it as useful. I originally created this tool for my personal use and have been using it to track my progress for over a year.

Yes. You can use it with Flail, Superpower, Fling. Also keep in mind that Superpower has 120 power which may not OHKO the opponent.

You seem to know what it means, and how it affects Vortex gameplay.Short stack method is a faster batteling method. Read the following post. You can hit the 10 sec timer in every battle if you follow this method.

Hey there Developers!
I wanted to reach out to you to share my thoughts on the battle time limit in the game. In my opinion, the current 10-second time limit feels a bit too long, especially with the new "Short Stack" method and faster connections, making battles complete much quicker than before.
By reducing the time limit to 6 seconds, battles will become more fast-paced and exciting. This change will make the game more engaging and will increase the overall enjoyment for players of all skill levels. I understand that there may be concerns about potential issues related to cheating, but I believe that these can be mitigated through proper updates.
So, I kindly ask you to consider my suggestion to decrease the battle time limit to 6 seconds. I believe this change would make Pokemon Vortex an even more amazing gaming experience for all players.

Hi., Yes. Camerupt and camerupt (Mega) cant learn stone edge and solar beam. But Camerupt (Mega) will come with those attack by default. Try Evolving Camerupt to Camerupt (Mega). You'll get Eruption, Earthquake, Stone Edge and Solar Beam by default.

I'm a lazy trainer. But this method improved my training speed. I now can do 6 battle/min (The max you can do in vortex).

Post 2: Dex Completion ToolI've been browsing through the topics in the forum lately and found that there are many posts created by the new players asking for best team/best side quest team/best pokemon for sidequests etc.
So I've decided to help them out by creating a post that can help the new players to understand the sidequest and what they need to crack those 2121 battles. So please take your time to read this post.
Note: This is based on my personal experience. There is no valid/absolute answer for the question "What is best?". The answer to this question is subjective (varies from time to time and people to people) What is best for you might be trash for others and vice versa. So please take this post with an open mind. If this post helps you, please click thanks or upvote it.
Sidequest (SQs) is one of the most time consuming but very fun parts of the game. You can complete 100% of SQs in 2 to 3 days or even 2 to 3 months based on your mood and interest. I myself have completed the sidequest 14 - 16 times. Most of my battle counts come from doing SQs.
Let's cut to the chase. You need a solid team of 6 pokemon to battle all SQs teams. Please note that you will also encounter pokemon with 120/150 levels. So you need a balanced team. Please keep in mind a few things before framing your own team.
1. Select Dark variant of pokemon (Not dark type pokemon like Absol, Darkrai). We have 6 variants of pokemon - Normal, Dark, Mystic, Metallic, Shadow and Shiny. Select Dark variant since it will do 25% more damage to the opponent. So you can Knockout the opponent pokemon in one hit (OHKO) with a proper attack.
2. Build a balanced team. Most of the sidequest teams include different types of pokemon in them. So you need to build your team in a way that it can withstand almost all types of attacks and at the same time it should do some serious damage to the opponent. Choose pokemon which has a dual-type so that you can cover almost 12 types in your team.
3. Use Dark variant pokemon which has attacks whose attack strength is greater than 130. Normally any attack with strength 130 coupled with a dark variant will do the damage of 406 HP. For example, take Dark Sableye with attack Fling. This attack will do 406 HP damage for all types of pokemon except Fighting, Dark, Fairy types.
It is also STAB attack which stands for Same Type Attack Bonus. (Fling is a dark type move. Sablye is a Dark/Ghost type pokemon)
With these three major points, I'll give you three teams that I used to crack my SQs runs.

Please understand that this is only an initial guide based on my experience with SQs. These teams work very well for me. 95% of the time I've only used the first 3 pokemon to complete the battle. Very rarely do I use more than three pokemon.
FAQs
1. I love Darkrown. Can I use it instead of Sableye?
Ans: Yes you can. However, I prefer Sableye rather than Darkrown since Sableye has Metal Brust - A steel type move that will do OHKO any fairy type.
2. How much exp I will gain for completing one full SQ run?
Ans: Approx 2-4 mil exp for the first pokemon, 1-2 for the second pokemon.
3. How much PDS I will gain for completing one full SQ run?
Ans: Once you complete one region, you'll get reward money (around 1.3 - 1.5 mil PDS). There are 13 regions. So after completing 13 regions you may get 17 - 20 mil PDS as reward money and 2 - 3 mil as a battle reward (Approx 1000 PDS/battle). Totally you will get 20 - 22 mil PDS.
4. What else I will get for completing one full SQ run?
Ans: You will get some exciting rewards such as Fossils/Orbs/Beast Balls etc. I'll post the list of rewards that actually matter, below.
Apart from this, there are also other common rewards. You can get the details of all rewards from this post.
5. What attacks have 130+ attack strength?

6. I'm a beginer and I dont have pds (pokemon dollars) to change attacks. What to do?
Ans: The best way to earn pds for the beginer is by training immunes. Follow the steps.
a) Catch a level 6 immune pokemon (ground type, dark type, flying type, fairy type, normal type, ghost type, steel type)
b) battle appropriate training account for the type using the level 6 pokemon you caught.
For every battle you might get 25,000 pds - 275,000 pds (50,000 pds - 75,000 pds is common). So If you catch 10 pokemons and battle with the appropriate training accounts you might earn around 500,000 pds to 750,000 pds. You can find the training account for the every type in this post.

Hai friend. I think you didn't understand the tool fully. You need to enter the data in current exp box. This tool will work for any kind of exp. Please enter whatever exp you have in the box. It'll guide you to round off that exp to nearest 1000.
Try entering 50,483 in the box in that tool.

We've seen many Pokemons with perfect experience like 1,000,000; 10,000,000; 20,000,000 (See the image below).
Many don't know how to achieve this perfect exp. It includes lot of calculations. So I've made a tool to do it easily.
I've seen few post on the same topic before. But this tool is very efficient and easy to work.
This tool will help you to achieve these perfect experience with three simple steps. Every step is very clearly explained and easy.

Few tips.
1. This will work only for lvl 100 pokemons.

You can even take screenshot of the standing instructions quickly.
3. I've also added the direct link for the battles. Now its easy to click the link to open the battle.

Hai. I'm glad that the tool is useful for you. As you may see, I've mentioned that you need 19 vivillons to complete dex. The tool may help you in tracking the Pokemons you need to complete the dex. It does not help you with tracking the evolutions. You should find 19 people with different evolution forms to help you evolve the vivillons.
