    Before you log in, there's a PokéDex button at the top of the screen.
    If you click on that, you'll find what you're looking for.

    You can obtain them as rewards for generally difficult challenges.
    I don't know the details, but I expect Side Quests to have a chance to give you Beast Balls.
    You could also keep an eye on PokéBay for them, although they'll likely be very expensive there.

    Beast Balls are necessary to catch Ultra Beasts. They cannot catch anything else.
    Vortex Balls catch everything including Ultra Beasts.
    Dive Balls work better on Water Pokémon.
    Net Balls work better on Water and Bug Pokémon.
    Dusk Balls work better at night or in a cave.
    Moon Balls work better on Pokémon that evolve with a Moon Stone.

    You can ask a moderator as a mediator.
    Naturally, make sure both parties trust the moderator involved.

    Battling a lot of wild Pokémon (on the maps) is the fastest way.
    You could also go for training accounts to get a lot of money and exp. However, this is slower than battling wild Pokémon.

    There are not.
    Attack power and HP are both dependent on the Pokémon's level.
    The attacking and defending Pokémons type are the only other things that affect power.

    To my knowledge, and Patrick has stated this himself, V4 is progressing slowly but steadily.
    V4 will be released when it's ready. We just have to be patient.

    Legendary Pokémon are still very rare.
    It may take quite a long time before you encounter one.
    Please be patient and keep trying. Eventually you will find one.

    If your account was banned, it's most likely a permanent ban.
    Botting is strongly against the rules, so that would mean you'll not be able to get your account back.

    The game works fine for me, so it's likely something on your end.
    How strong is your internet? It may have to do with that.
    If you are doing a lot of things at once that use up your computer's processing speed that may be involved as well.
