You need to clan create in forum also.
After that, changing the avatar on the Forum will change it on game also.
You can change your clan avatar in-game by linking your Vortex clan with your Forum clan (of the same name).

I think full heal works 👍
- because It can be used once to heal all the status conditions of a pokemon.
