Either way the answer is probably no considering the fact that i've seen many posts like this and lemme just say none of their wishes came true. Also if your pokemon did disappear from your account just check your trade history and pokeebay history cause i highly doubt there is a buy even though there might be.

You have to be in the Sinnoh sidequest to catch them in the wild.
Other way are trade or to buy them from pokebay

Well, discord would be the best way to contact the creators or mods.
Try there they will be more likely to reply also from what i heard before once they ban an account it's forever banned though i could be wrong.

I think we should have a clan chat where clan members could talk to each other directly so events or other stuff the clan leader or members can notify everyone immediately. This way on wouldn't have to send everyone a message or chat since not everyone has discord and if they do they might not check it often.

Quite honestly it's very possible he was banned for his username since its "halalni**achad".
One of the rules is even "Do not set your "playing" status, avatar or nickname/username to anything offensive/profane"
