You will get Xerneas(Neutral) by finishing kalos sidequest(not surely but there is a chance of getting it)

It depends upon which time of the day you evolve
For example your rockruff can evolve in lycanroc(midday) from morning 7:00-17:00 and 18:00-19:00
It can evolve into lycanroc(dusk) from 17:00-18:00
It can evolve into lycanroc(midnight) from 19:00-7:00 depends upon time in you time zone

I completed alolan sidequest 3 times I got these items as prizes
1st time-1 beast ball
2nd time-ice stone
3rd time-10 beast balls

No you cannot catch an ultrabeast with master ball
you can only catch ultrabeast with beast or vortex ball
Try to get them from sidequest(alola sidequest I got 10 of them) or from pokebay auctions (costs nearly 1million)
