Yesterday when I went to explore the maps, I faced a ton of lag which had never happened before I thought it was a temporary thing and would get fixed soon. Sadly today when I opened the maps the lag is still present. Movements register 3-4 seconds after I press the keys and other players are literally teleporting.......yeah. Everything else works perfectly other than the maps, nothing has changed. I tried closing all the other tabs I had open, even closed all the other applications running on my laptop but the lag still continues.
    Need a fix please.

Edit : I already tried playing in low graphics which did not make much of a difference, the lag is reduced but its still high enough to be unplayable.

If I were to take a guess, you probably have a bad internet connection. The same thing has happened to me multiple times. This was when I had a bad internet connection.

It might have been some other reason, but this is what I find most likely.

I make use of a Level 19 Shiny Pansear.
Outside of Ghost-types and the occasional Psychic-type, its combination of moves (Flame Burst, Bite, Scratch and Lick) are able to deal nice damage that can weaken most Pokémon to very low health.
I have a Level 11 Burmy (Steel) that has Hidden Power. I use that to weaken the Ghost-types. Two hits brings it down to 2 HP, I believe.

I have a Level 6 Pineco for other minor damage, would one of the first two faint early.
I use a Level 24 Shiny Braixen and a Level 37 Mystic Avalugg for rare encounters, and some Legendaries that I don't want to use the Master Ball on.
Finally I use a Shiny Spiritomb at level 100. It has no weaknesses and has 500 HP. This allows it to take hits as I try to catch the previously mentioned Legendaries that I don't want to catch with a Master Ball.

    Thanks @Auke1993

    BTW love your videos

  4. Hey everyone

See, I am trying to complete some specific Pokémons’ variants. For example- For caterpie- Metallic, Mystic, Dark, Normal, Shiny and Shadow. But I want to catch them with normal pokeballs. Whenever I try to lower their HP, they faint.

So if anyone knows any specific Pokémon with attacks that easily lower their health, pls let me know. I’m trying to build a hunting team.

Yo, this game is great and all but it definitely needs more filtering options in the change team menu such as a level filter, scrolling through hundreds of level 100 Pokemon just to find the level 6 ones isn't fun. Either that, or make it so the page doesn't refresh every single time you switch 1 Pokemon... instead add a "Save Team" button so we can set 6 at once. Just some minor suggestions for game quality of life improvement. 😃

This idea has been suggested by many. I do believe that this would make filtering easier for people with many pokes. Hopefully, this will be added in a future update.
