i gave my mons to this guy to train and he got banned and his account still has my shiny primal kyogre n shiny primal groudon so was wondering if i can get my stuff back for sumthing im not in control for

asked a guy to train my mon and he did 2 of m mons to 1mil exp and once he done both he gave em back n i paid him i asked him to do my shiny groudon primal n primal shiny kyogre and thn he got banned im pretty sure so i lost my mon to a guy tht was cheating which wasnt my fault
