ijaaz Posted March 29, 2023 Share Posted March 29, 2023 (edited) Hey Patrick, sorry to bother you but I have an issue that I’m trying to help resolve for a friend and would appreciate your help with this. my friend and fellow clan member has recently had his account accessed by someone else, the account name is “dragon1201”. I was told that he could not access his own account and did not share any info for his password. he has lost 20m exp from his account and it seem we have found the account that has his pokemon, the account name with his Pokémon is called “storage_acc”. He does not know who or how his account was accessed for the “dragon1201” account but whoever did has changed his password and cannot access his own account. if you could look into this and help in any way with this issue that would be helpful and would be much appreciated.
