He keeps scamming people even when i warned him once but he did it yet again. This is when he scammed a player known as ShadowFlameThe2nd and didn't give her Ultra Necro back until i confronted him since we had talks before. He gave her Pokemon back but he still keeps scamming people so here are some of his IGN's but he keeps making more of them so just watch out for him.
