    Hey @VITOL,
     
    I've started to play on mobile a whole lot more recently and encounter the same exact problem. You can't permanently get rid of the white box of death, but there are a couple of things I've done to live with it. 
    Always play with the home button at the bottom. Zoom out completely, so you can see all of your Pokemon and the Pokemon of your opponent. Move your finger accordingly to hit the Vortex Battle Button.  When the white box appears, act like that portion of the screen has been cut off, you can't use that area. You have to scroll down on the places where the page has actually loaded. The white box of death will go away after you reload the page, so after you've completed your battle reload the page.  Note: I use Google Chrome on an android.     1. You probably broke the rules of the Pokemon Vortex Discord chat. The rules are as follows. 
    Do not use offensive/profane avatars
    Do not set your "playing" status to anything offensive/profane
    Do not use offensive/profane nicknames
    Cut down on pointless long names that exceed in punctuation or symbols.
    Any attempt to break these rules will result in you being kicked from the server so you can amend it. Once you have changed whichever part of your Discord app is not following these rules, you may join the server again. If you have not corrected the broken rule on your Discord then you will be banned and will not be able to return.
     
    2. As the rules clearly state, you will be banned and will not be able to return to the Discord. 
    3. You will not be able to participate in quizzes, but you are still allowed to trade for them.

    1. You were probably kicked by a mod or admin. 
    2. The process to re-join is simple. Click https://discordapp.com/invite/6cSyK4y and you will receive an invite. If you have any question about acceptable behavior in the Pokemon Vortex Discord Channel, there is a channel called #welcome that outlines the rules, also exercise common sense.
    3. If you are unable to access the discord by clicking the link, you have been banned from the Pokemon Vortex Discord. Good luck!
