I'm no admin, but I do know the rules state that you are responsible for all action taken on your account.
If you gave someone your password, you therefore took a risk.
Unfortunately for you that risk ended negatively, with a ban.

You bid on whatever you want to have.
If you want to bid on a Shadow Litleo because you want to train one, you can search for one and then bid on it.
If you're looking for some Master Balls, you can do the same.
Naturally, for the rarer things you will need more PokéDollars to make the bids/purchases.

That will be available again as usual in the Pokémon Vortex Discord server after the Ultra Beast event has ended.
This means Cosmogs will be obtainable again starting the 24th of September.

The regular point system (as shown on your profile) and the Seasonal Point system work differently.
Seasonal points go up at a different rate.

That'd be a 0.008% chance per step, and a 0.024% chance every encounter.

The server is based on the time in the UK.
You can see the server time at the top of Pokémon Vortex when playing.

Between 7am and 7pm it is daytime.
Between 7pm and 7am it is nighttime.

It's for every battle.
So if you want to just increase the friendship level of a Pokémon, going for weak trainers or wild battles will likely be the fastest way.

Only one account per IP can get the log-in bonus.
That means you'll have to race him every day to see who logs in first.

You get rewards from Sidequests once you clear a full region.
You do not get any special rewards from a single battle.
From a single battle you'd only gain EXP and money like you do for any battle that you win.

Back in 2011 I'm pretty sure the game was before Version 3.
Between V2 and V3, everything was reset, everyone had to start from scratch.
This would mean that you would have to do as well.

It's a Legendary Pokémon, so I assume you still need to clear all Gyms, Battle Frontier, etc. to be able to encounter them.

The moves have no effect, no damage. So at this time there is no big reason to make them available.
That's what I believe is the case.

False Swipe does not have an added effect on Pokémon Vortex. It's just a now-power Normal-tyle move in this game.

Depending on what people would like to see I could make one once my schoolyear is over.

What kind of animations? I don't normally do things with fancy animations, but I could give it a try.

You can check that yourself quite easily.
If you log out, there's a 'PokéDex' button at the top of the log-in screen.

If you click on that and type in 'Vivillon', all Vivillon patters will pop up.
From there, if you click on each individual one, you can see how many there are of each pattern.

Clan perks haven't been implemented yet, so at the moment it's just something you can choose and order by.
Another future idea is to be able to trade or share money and Pokémon within your Clan.

Z-Moves are not a feature at this time.
Z-Crystal currently work like badges, you have them as proof of your victory against Trial Captains and Island Kahunas.
You cannot use them for anything else at this time.

Unfortuantely, likely nothing can be done.
However, you could always try.
If you submit screenshots of your full conversation with the scammer, and if you also submit as much information about where your Bayleef has ended up,  then it may be possible.
I won't make promises though.

As long as you battle against normal accounts, it's perfectly legal.
The banning that occured is due to players using programs to help them train faster, programs that are not meant to be used in Pokémon Vortex.
As long as you battle against training accounts and use no outside sources to assist you in that, you're fine.

Legendaries are very rare.
I've not encountered many myself lately either.
You'll just have to keep looking and hope you're lucky.
You'll find more.

Pokémon have more EXP. which gives you more Points.
The fact it gives more points can be good for your ranking.
This fact can then be used to trade Pokémon with high EXP, as others may want Pokémon that give a lot of Points.

Where do they use foul language?
If it's on the forums, you can report the post with the 'Report Post' button.
If on the game, you can take a screenshot and report it on the Forums afterwards.

Pheromosa is an Ultra Beast.
In Pokémon Vortex, Ultra Beasts can only be caught using a Beast Ball or a Vortex Ball.

I don't know the exact details, unfortunately.
My theory is that every Pokémon you haven't caught yet during that Season counts as a new Pokémon for Seasonal points, so that gives you Seasonal points.
Certain kinds of promo codes can also give you a lot of seasonal points of you redeem them.

Charmeleon can be found there, although it is very rare.
Starter Pokémon such as Charmander are already rarer than regular Pokémon such as Bounsweet and Rattata, so it'll likely take you some time to find them.
