Eden

I log in from home and I was logged in and viewing the calendar on 12/31 and still didn't get the prize for that day (this was the same day I posted). Also, I didn't get the prize for 12/30 or 1/1 just in case it may not have been 12/31 due to a time difference in game.

My IGN is Eden; I would get if it was a glitch but it took my Beast Ball which I paid actual money for through the mystery boxes.

I know I logged in the last 2 days but it's not showing a prize for either day; I think it may be glitched. I had a good streak going so I would like to get it fixed if possible. Thanks!

A couple weeks back I caught a Mystic Pheromosa with a Beast ball; I was just checking my pokemon and it appears she has gone missing but I didn't auction/trade her. I know I caught her because I had 5 beast balls from a mystery box I purchased and now I have 4; it also doesn't come up often so the event was pretty memorable. Is there any way to tell what happened? I believe she was one of the last few pokemon I caught. I wish I had doubled checked sooner but I had no reason to suspect she wouldn't be there. Thanks for any help!
