I just got a lvl 100 Charizard and sableye,does anyone know the best moves for them?

I just started playing the game and have been able to grind up to get a lvl 100 sableye and Charizard and am grinding for cash now, but I just wanted to know how much more cash will I need to make them their strongest forms and which moves would be the best for them?
