i caught it and clicked wiew all your pokemon. This bug came to me 2 more times. This time my shiny necrozma disappeared, i almost cried about it. I can't reach the developers, pls help me ..

Hey i caught a shiny necrozma few minutes ago . I used beast ball and my beast ball number decrease the 2 to 1. But shiny necrozma is not in my pokemon inventory, it disappeared. Can u please help me ?
