It happens a lot of times with me, I was finding a mudkip and i found 2 kyogres, and once i was just going through fungal cavern and i found a mewtwo.
And i also have encountered many ultra beasts like this, i have encountered 4 kartanas and 1 buzzwole like this i had to kill them cause i didnt have an beast ball
