It's not any of the Vortex Staff's fault that you lost something due to your own carelessness. The only person who is at fault is yourself as you were the one to have click the "Wonder Trade" button on that Pokemon. Admins don't just "spawn" a new Pokemon for people who were careless. If it had been lost due to something like a glitch, that's another story. Though it's funny how you question my intelligence when I've never "accidentally" Wonder Traded a Pokemon and yet you have.

When you Wonder Trade a Pokemon, you aren't putting it into the normal trades of where you look to see which offer you like and then accept.

Wonder Trading you put the Pokemon in and whatever you get, that's it. No trade backs, or check which offer. You get what you get.
