    Discord: International Text Channels

    International Text Channels

    I've been in a lot of other Discord Servers recently, and I've noticed that a lot of them have a text channel specifically geared towards helping people that do not speak the main language of the server fluently. Despite the fact that Pokemon Vortex is an English game, I think that we can expand the Pokemon Vortex Community though the creation of (a) text channel(s) that are geared towards different languages. We also have a section of the forums that are geared towards different language, so why not extend it to Discord? I hope helped some, and happy Vortex'ing!

    Hey @VITOL,

     

    I've started to play on mobile a whole lot more recently and encounter the same exact problem. You can't permanently get rid of the white box of death, but there are a couple of things I've done to live with it. 

    1. Always play with the home button at the bottom. Zoom out completely, so you can see all of your Pokemon and the Pokemon of your opponent. Move your finger accordingly to hit the Vortex Battle Button. 
    2. When the white box appears, act like that portion of the screen has been cut off, you can't use that area. You have to scroll down on the places where the page has actually loaded. The white box of death will go away after you reload the page, so after you've completed your battle reload the page. 

    Note: I use Google Chrome on an android. Good luck mate!

    What are your Vortex goals?

    @Tyheamma I love you. I was about to make this same topic, but now I don't have to because you are awesome :x. 

     

    School just ended for me, and I have some pretty insane Vortex goals this summer. 

    1. Complete Legendary Dex
    2. Hit 3,000 uniques in my account
    3. Get a Dark Caterpie (Christmas)Metallic Caterpie (Christmas)Mystic Caterpie (Christmas)Shadow Caterpie (Christmas)and Shiny Caterpie (Christmas)all to 10m each 
    4. Get battle count up to 20,000 wins. 
    5. Try and become #2 on the Top Trainers list behind @Blackbeardt. It'll be a struggle cause @VITOL is on that grind, but I hope to give him a race!

    You can challenge any of the Elite 4 that you would like if you want to be an Elite. However, if you're going to try and be champion you'll have to challenge all of the Elite 4
