As Zeraora is a mythical Pokémon, I expect it will be an event-exclusive Pokémon on Pokémon Vortex.

Ultra Beasts are extremely rare.
You just have to hunt for it and be very lucky. You will likely need a lot of time.

When the switch from V3 to V4 was made, all accounts were kept.
Therefore, your account should still exist under normal circumstances.

I'm not sure what you mean with 'updated', as we've had Training accounts for a long time on V3 and V4 as well.
If you don't know about them yet, then that'll be it.

Necrozma acts like an Ultra Beast in the main game.
It may not be one, but 'some believe that it is an Ultra Beast', as stated in Sun/Moon.
To stay close to that, it was decided to give Necrozma the same rarity.

The bigger the difference between your level and the opponent's total level, the bigger the money reward.

Using 1 Level 100 Pokémon against 6 Level 100 Pokémon gives 3000 PokéDollars, I believe.
Using a Level 5 or 6 gives you the most.
So outside of PokéBay, using immunity Pokémon with as low level as possible is a very good way to gain money.

I don't believe they are. You've likely been unlucky.
Based on the one Unown (0) that I've found, they seem to be rare, at the same rarity as evolved Pokémon such as Staravia and Beartic. I base that theory on the level I encountered my Unown at.

The total level of your Pokémon is compared to the total level of the opponent's Pokémon.
You can use the same total level (6 x 100 will be easiest) to find out the base (and what ir can be randomized into by the multiplier).
If you use only a Level 5 Pokémon to beat a team of 6 Level 100 Pokémon (such as a training account), that means your total level was 600/5= 120x lower than your opponent's. This will then mean your EXP reward and money reward will be 120x better.
I don't know the details of the money multiplier, but I expect it to still work the same, as we're only multiplying here. With EXP it's quite a simple calculation to make.

Zeraora, considering it's officially in the game now, will likely be added in the next big update. That's my guess.

It seems you really want Zeraora to be added. In a way I can understand that. I really like the Pokémon, so I'd also like it to be added.

At the moment the Skill Branch does not do anything.
You can use any type of Pokémon, no matter the skill branch.
I recall an announcement that the next major update on Vortex will include something that makes Skill Branches do something. Exactly what that is is currently unknown.

I just checked, and I do not have this issue.
For example, you're evolving a Pidgey into Pidgeotto.
On the evolution screen, make sure you click on the box next to where it says 'Replace Pidgey's attacks with Pidgeotto's?'
 
I did that, and Pidgey's attacks were replaced by Pidgeotto's, as normally happens with other Pokémon as well.

Next year's Pokémon movie will have its premiere in Japan in July.

Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur are quite rare. It'll likely take quite some time before any of them appear.

You can buy items in the shop. Evolutionary items can help you evolve some of your Pokémon.
You can also use (generally larger) amounts of your PokéDollars to bid on Pokémon, items, avatars and more on PokéBay.

In the top right of the forums, you'll see a '+ Create' button.

Rockruff can only evolve into Lycanroc (Midday) during midday server time.
You can see the server time at the top of Pokémon Vortex.

To evolve your Pokémon into their Alolan forms, you need to be in the Alola region in Sidequests.

To my knowledge you just go to the trade section of the Forums and click on 'Start new Topic'.
I don't know of any post limit or something similar.
Then again, I've been on the forums for quite some time, so the possibility exists that there is a minimum limit.

Seasons always take 1 month.
It starts on the 1st of a month, and ends on whichever day is the last (28th-31st).

Once a bid has been placed, it is not possible to undo it.
If you don't want what you bidded on, all you can do is hope that someone else oudbids you.

Catch any Pokémon you haven't caught yet that season.
Level up a bunch of low-level Pokémon with immunities for quick EXP gains.
