The new accounts puts up a few Pokémon up for trade, the old account offers Pokémon (up to 20 at a time) per Pokémon, the new accounts accepts.
It works the same way as regular trading, except this time you control everthing yourself.

You don't get vc for reaching the Top 100 at any time.
You have to be in the Top 100 at the end of a Season (at the end of a month) to be awarded vc.

That'll be why then. Real-life time is used for the evolution.

The same way a normal trade works.

What Vivillon pattern you can evolve into depends on your account.
When you make an account, one random Vivillon pattern is linked to your account. You will only be able to evolve into that pattern on your account.
To get the other patterns, you have to trade with other people, or have other people evolve your Spewpa.

The best way is to be in the Vortex Discord and pay attention to the #free-promos channel. Sometimes promo codes are posted there. That's the only way.
It also only happens because of people's generosity. No-one has to do it, and no-one has to post anything valuable either.

To my knowledge, a starter cannot be shiny.
However, would you encounter the same species in the wild (no matter if it's Pidgey, Charmander, Snivy or another), you can encounter it as shiny and all other variants.

There is no Shiny Charm in Pokémon Vortex. The item EXP Booster does exist, but is only obtainable on rare events, and is time limited.
Occasionally there may be an event (or event item) that allows you to get boosted EXP. These events do not happen often. If you are interested in them, I recommend keeping a close eye on any future event announcements.

Using the 'Ask Questions section of the Forums as an example, the tags on the forums make it clearer for people to see whether something has already been answered or not.
If you want to know the answer to a question that you see posted, and you see it's been answered, you want to read it.
If it's not been answered yet, you don't have to click on it. That saves time and effort.

I recall there being a clan Forum in the past, but it being removed because it was mainly used just to change the clan's profile image. I'm not 100% sure on this.
I can imagine a group chat in-game could be hard to implement. Most Vortex users have Discord, so if your clan members have that I recommend using Discord.

The event info gives you the answer you're looking for.

You have a chance of obtaining the avatar when catching any variant of Xurkitree in the wild.

Eevee can be found in the wild at Route 3 and Route 9.
It's a Nighttime rare encounter on Route 9, and a Daytime rare encounter on Route 3.

The feature is currently not in use due to being underused.
There wasn't as much of a want or need to use it compared to the main games.
It was made unavailable until something new could be come up with to improve the system.

It'll take time to learn about the Pokémon, their moves, and decide on how everything should be implemented into the game we have now.

To my knowledge bans are normally never undone.
You are, however, able to make a new account and play on that one.

They have been banned, and cannot return to the game.
Why would you want to see them?
