EXP and happiness are unrelated to each other.
You get 1 or 2 happiness points (random between the two) on every Pokémon that participated in a battle, no mater how many Pokémon it beat, no matter what levels the opponents are.
You need 73 happiness points to get 1 happiness heart. You need 3 happiness hearts for most happiness evolutions, such as Igglybuff.

Do you mean how to become an admin?
Outside of being asked by the developers or applying during a hiring wave I don't know of any way.
It is very likely that being active on Vortex and having a good status helps out your chances. This will never be certainty though.

You get points based on a few factors.

Catching Pokémon: For every Pokémon you catch, you get points. If you catch a Pokémon you have not yet caught that season, you get a lot more points. If you catch a Pokémon you've caught before, it doesn't give you much. The more rare the Pokémon, the more points you earn.

Gaining EXP by battling: You also get points by winning battles. The amount of points is based on the amount of EXP your Pokémon earn in that battle. So a battle in which you earn 440 EXP will give you a lot less points than a battle in which you get 20000 EXP.

You have to finish in the Top 100 of the season to get VC. The Top 4 get more VC than anyone below.

EXP is irrelevant when looking at happiness evolutions.

You need 73 happiness points to gain a heart on a Pokémon. You get 1 or 2 Happiness points per battle that the Pokémon participated in.

You are very strongly suggested to never share your password with anyone, so that makes this very strongly suggested against at minimum.
Giving an account away also stops you from being able to come back to that account in the future (assuming the new owner changes the password). So if you change your mind, you'd have to start over again.

A scam is against the rules, the same rules you agreed to when you made your account. It's a definite ban.
Even if you didn't know what scamming truly meant, it's still a very scummy thing to do. The punishment is deserved.

I do have a question. If you are banned, how do you intend to return what you took from the other user? You shouldn't be able to access those Pokémon or items if you are banned.

I've heard of this message.
I'm not sure what caused it, but mostly it means you are banned. However, you'd not show up on the list of banned users in the Discord, making the staff there unable to unban you.
I've heard varying stories about what happens if you try it with another account from the same IP. Some say that account has the same problem, others say they can get into the Discord server just fine. Due to that, I cannot recommend what to do.

I'm not sure what causes this. It may be a glitch, or something else. I don't know more details.

Every Pokémon participating in a battle gaines happiness points. A trainer battle, no matter the amount of Pokémon the opponent has, counts as one battle.

I made a tutorial video about the happiness stat last year. It could help you with some more details and tips on how to efficiently train it.
 

The spawn rates of the current Vortex map system are not public knowledge.
The developers have no intention of sharing what the spawn rates are.
In a way it's unfortunate, but I also understand it. It can help avoid some problems with people complaining or doing annoying things.

If you are banned, it is extremely unlikely to be for 'nothing'.
Perhaps you used a bot to help you play, something that is not allowed.
There are other rules people are banned for as well. I'm not staff, so I cannot tell what the reason is. I can say that often people don't realize the bots they use are not allowed.

Dynamax is not a feature within Pokémon Vortex, so you cannot Dynamax your Pokémon.
Gitantamax Pokémon have been added to the game in terms of the Pokédex, but they cannot be obtained yet. When and how they will be made obtainable is unknown at the moment.

The only way this happens is if someone else on your IP adress also logs in on Pokémon Vortex.
Remember as well that the daily reset uses midnight UK time. If you're in a different timezone, then it won't be midnight for you when the daily reset happens.
Not receiving money won't be a glitch. That'll be coincidence, if anything.

The mechanics behind a lot of these moves do not exist within Pokémon Vortex, so it would be pointless to add those moves.

You may have as many accounts on the game as you want, but only one account on the Forums.

A Pokémon needs between 37 and 73 battles, I believe, to gain a Happiness heart.
Hearts 1 and 2 needs as many points as Heart 3. You may just have been a little unlucky with the points given per battle. If you've used Golbat in many battles, it should be there soon.

The plus symbol is related to the Season you are currently in.
Every month there is a Season in Vortex (so currently it's the January season).
One of the ways to get points is catching Pokémon. You get a lot more points from a catch if you've not caught that Pokémon yet during the current season.
The plus symbol lets people that care about Seasonal rankings know that they've already caught this Pokémon during the current season, meaning those players don't have to spend time and resources into attempting to catch this Pokémon.

Beast Balls can be obtained as a Sidequest rewards by completing the Alola region.
This takes a long time, and doesn't have a 100% chance to happen. Please be aware of that.

A quicker way is to buy them using PokéBay, although this will likely cost you a decent amount of PokéDollars.

Did you win the auction?
Also, did you make sure your timezone was set correctly? If not, it may look like an auction is over even though it is not.

Outside of a small change of a status effect for some moves, all other side effects do not exist.
Fling has a set power (there are no held items), False Swipe does not leave a target at 1 HP (it deals normal damage) and Hyper Beam does not make the user skip a turn.
If it has a chance to Burn, the move likely has a chance to burn. Such side effects stay for the most part. The rest are almost all gone.

Mostly I believe this is about internet speed.
However, if there are a lot of people in the same area, which most often happens during events, that can make that map and its loading zones load slower.

There is no way to give anything to another account.
If you want to give Pokémon, you can mass-offer on a common Pokémon and have it nearly free that way.
Items and Pokédollars can only be done as a work-around via Pokébay.

The Kanto region is the first region in the sidequests. It has 155 battles.
You can start Sidequests by going to the 'Battle' tab and clicking on 'Sidequests' in the dropdown menu.

If you log in daily, you will get a promo code for yourself.

That is likely reserved for the Gen 8 evil team. However, that team hasn't been added to the game yet.

Things can still go wrong, and it still requires moderation.
That is still very hard to do. That's why I don't expect it to happen.
There's private chat for 2 people. Ouside of that you and your friend group can choose any way to talk that you all have access to, whether that's Discord or anything similar.
