Answered Help with Daily Log in please

Hello! This is my first time posting and I have done research in this topic already, but it doesn't help me at all and it's just started the last few days. Every time I log in to get my daily reward now it's saying that it has been claimed by another account- which is impossible, as I only live with two others, my mum who can't work technology and my niece who dislikes Pokemon. 

 

I have no other accounts for Pokemon Vortex and thought it was a glitch the first time but it's happening almost everyday. It didn't happen yesterday when I got given heals, only when I get money as a daily reward. Is there a glitch where I can't receive the money for some reason? It's also the same amount of money as well so I have to presume it is and as stated before I am the only one with an account and only one account.

 

Is there any way it can be fixed? Please don't say it's someone else playing Vortex as there legit isn't.

The only way this happens is if someone else on your IP adress also logs in on Pokémon Vortex.
Remember as well that the daily reset uses midnight UK time. If you're in a different timezone, then it won't be midnight for you when the daily reset happens.
Not receiving money won't be a glitch. That'll be coincidence, if anything.

I hope it is just a coincidence and someone hasn't actually got hold of our IP address. I only log in once a day as a routine and it's kind of frustrating. Thanks for replying
