I had a feeling that was the case, thanks for confirming! Bit of a shame, makes getting some of the rare/legendary pokemon a little underwhelming given they do the same damage as similar types

I just recently found this game and have spent an embarrassing amount of time on it over the last few days (because it's incredibly addictive). I'm also pretty new to the whole Pokemon genre but I'm wondering this: Do pokemon in this game have stats, like attack, defence, special attack, special defence etc? and if they do where can we see those stats? Sorry if this is a completely stupid question, I couldn't find an answer anywhere else! Thanks!

Thanks! I should've been more patient, I didn't wait long enough for replies and ended up going with Y cause I thought flying types looked more useful than dragon types. #headdesk
