When ever you change your avatar green colour check mark appears for few seconds it mean your avatar is successfully changed.

Sorry I don't know what you want to explain exactly.
But when you complete any region you get a ribbon on your profile it mean you are able to find legendary Pokemon of that respective region.

If you don't want to do twice galar sidequest. 
There are various ways to get dracozolt / fossil. You can buy Fossilized Bird & Fossilized Drake  from auction or dracozolt Pokemon / you also get via trade. 
=》( In further Fossilized Bird , Fossilized Drake , Fossilized Dino and  Fossilized Fish are maybe  available in Mystery boxes......)
(Note: fossil are rare so it's drop rate is nearly 1-3 or 6 % , And it is not sure that you got both fossils in only completion of 2 times)

Go to your friends list and you see names at last you see options at corner just click on red colored cross to unfriend any one

Once you collect all 8 badges you are able to find ultrabeasts.
You don't need any thing else.
 
I think it helps to find ubs and other pokes also.

1). You have chance to win Eternatus Avatar when you found Eternatus pokemon in map and caught. (It will automatically delivered)
Some other i.e , Zamazenta , zacian, dratini forms , darkrown etc...
 
2). Zygarde avatar you have chance to win when you claim zygarde (any form) random varient including normals. (Not while catching)
 
[Mostly promos when you claim you have chance to win like mewtwo Armor ( for mewtwo and mewtwo Armor avatars) ,
Meloetta Aria ( for Meloetta avatar) ,
Arceus fairy ( for Arceus avatar) ,

It means groudon resist to electric attacks like thunder , zap cannon , bolt strike , fusion bolt and all electric moves.
 
If electric pokemon use other than electric attacks like tackle, bite , scratch , etc ... than it damage to your groudon.

A - You can get a ticket just by being active here on Pokémon; Vortex. A ticket may be given to you or you might have to win it somehow. It depends on the way we want to run the current event.
