What I’m trying to say is there a chance I can poison my foe with sludge bomb

I want Kyurem and zekrom. Look at my pokes.

When I select a move to go buy. Do they have effects like sludge bomb in the normal game has 30% chance to poison with 90 damage while sludge wave have 10% to poison with 95 damage. Do they carry these effects in vortex v5?
