I have lost many avatars, items and special pokemon, I thought I had the Scrafty (Ackbar) but it was not, I lost it, could you help me to get it back and have my daily gifts please? Auke1993 Posted May 7, 2020 Share Posted May 7, 2020 Most daily log-in prizes, including Scrafty (Ackbar) give you a promo code that you have to claim from your inventory. I don't know the time-limit on these codes, but I do believe they run out after some time. Please check your inventory for promo codes that may still be there. If you mean the game says someone else has already received it, then it will be because multiple players are playing Vortex on the same IP adress as you. Only one daily log-in reward is given per IP-adress. For example, if your sibling plays Pokémon Vortex as well, and logs in during a particular day before you do, they will receive the daily log-in reward, and you will be unable to receive it.
