Idea raise the legendary and ultra beast catch rate

hi,if it is possible maybe the legendary&ultra beast catch rates can be raised a little bit higher

e.g:

legendary:15%or 10%

ultra beast;6%

i don't mind if you don't like this idea

I think rates of ubs & legends are perfectly fine as pat & sneeze said earlier .

And there should be a downside of this idea,

If these are too common then it's value reduces to nearly zero.
