VPNs don't increase your speed.
You just have to know where and when to press buttons, and I suppose a strong internet connection helps as well. That's it.
I know of some people using VPNs for Vortex, and I still don't quite understand the reason. I don't see it being allowed forever.

That's coincidence.
You still have to click on all buttons yourself. Luiss trains a LOT, so it'll be muscle memory for them at this point. That's how they can do it so quickly.
If the VPN, a program, did the clicking for you, then that'd be illegal and anyone doing it would be banned.
At this time using a VPN on Vortex isn't illegal. I don't know why it's done, I see no point, I just know some do it.
