    Hey Auke. I havent played pokemon vortex in years and the new V5 update has confused me. I want to get rayquasa and im searching on route 21 after beating the gym leaders of Heon. Am i doing anything wrong?

      You're looking in the right place. Rayquaza appears on Route 21, but only during nighttime.
      Once hunting for it during nighttime, you just need luck and patience.
