  1. Auke1993's post in Can I Find Starters in the Wild? was marked as the answer
All main-game starter Pokémon can be found in the wild in Pokémon Vortex as a rare encounter.
Cyndaquil for example appears in Craggy Stairway.
You can use this link, replacing Cyndaquil with any Pokémon you want, to find out where to catch it.

  2. Auke1993's post in How to get here was marked as the answer
It is not possible to get there.
I have wondered it myself, and attempted it, but that area cannot be reached.
It's just there to look nice.
  3. Auke1993's post in What can u do with up grade? was marked as the answer
The Pokémon Porygon needs the Up-Grade item to be able to evolve.
If you evolve Porygon, one Up-Grade item will be removed from your inventory.
  4. Auke1993's post in question on catching pokemon was marked as the answer
    I see.
Knowing you can find Zacian, means you at least have beaten all Galar Gyms, as that unlocks the Legendary Pokémon from Generation 8.
Legendary Pokémon appear in most areas. A maximum of two can appear per area (1 Day and 1 Night).
Knowing where to find Legendaries may be useful if you're looking for specific ones.
After that, you just need luck. Legendaries are called legendary for a reason. It's very hard to find them.
If you replace Eternatus in the following link with any other Legendary, you can find out where to catch it. If you instead replace it with a Route or area name, you can find out what Pokémon (including Legendaries) you have a chance of encountering in that area.

  5. Auke1993's post in Wonder trade was marked as the answer
It has to be reworked, and I assume has not been a big priority.
I expect it to be back at some point, but it may not be anytime soon.
I cannot confirm this though. It's just what I think.
  6. Auke1993's post in Powerful Attack was marked as the answer
You can find the answer to your question on the Wiki, on the Attackdex page.
    All attacks are listed there.
Sort so that the strongest moves appear at the top, and then write down the first time each individual type appears. That should answer your question.

  7. Auke1993's post in Best Team was marked as the answer
Optimally, you use Dark Pokémon (the variety, not the type necessarily). These Pokémon should be able to learn a move of their own type that's at least 140 power (or 130, I don't recall), that are 100% accurate.
Example: A Dark Torterra (dark variety) with Leaf Storm (grass, like Torterra, and 100% accurate) deals over 400 damage when it is normal effective.
This causes it to be able to KO most opponents in clan battles and side quests in one hit.
If you have other Pokémon that cover other types, you can even take out Pokémon that may resist your first Pokémon's attacks, or that take less damage (Metallics) or have more HP (Shinies).
Dark Sableye with Fling is often used. It fits the earlier criteria, and it also only has one weakness, so it's liked by many.
Fighting types with Focus Punch are great, as are Steel-types with Gyro Ball.
Dark Scrafty can learn both Focus Punch and Fling, so that can be a great option for your team.

There's many Pokémon that fit the criteria above. You can check among the Pokémon you already have to see what kind of team you can make out of them.

  8. Auke1993's post in exp training doubt was marked as the answer
Yup, that's right. Thanks for referring to it.
This is the video that's being referred to. It's slightly outdated, but almost all information still applies.

Pokémon that don't have an immunity, such as Grass-types, are harder to train. That's because the opponent can still damage them. That's why it's useful to use a different Pokémon with an immunity (I use Shiny Fearow) to help train that first Pokémon. Fearow is a Flying-type, so therefore I use TrainingYveltal as the training account.

Once the Pokémon is Level 100, or close to it, it has a good chance of finishing battles on its own. Occasionally you'll have some bad luck and the opponent will keep using their strong moves. So sometimes you'll still have to send out a second Pokémon to finish the match. This should not happen a lot though.

  11. Auke1993's post in Auction end time was marked as the answer
Auctions always end at the correct time. I've never seen an auction end at the incorrect time.
Likely, when you set the timezone to your account, you set the incorrect time. This then makes the incorrect time listed for you, as the game assumes you're in a different timezone than you really are.
  12. Auke1993's post in A male Steenee!? was marked as the answer
Almost all trainer-owned Pokémon are male. This is not a bug, and has been addressed in the past.
    It will not be changed.
  13. Auke1993's post in Shiny Charizard (Mega X) was marked as the answer
A Shiny Pokémon will always remain Shiny. There is no way to change this.
Similarly, a Metallic Pokémon will always stay Metallic, and a Shadow Pokémon will always stay Shadow.
All other varieties use the same rule. You cannot change into or out of any of them.
  14. Auke1993's post in I have a question, about the pokemon experience !!! was marked as the answer
Experience is used for leveling up a Pokémon.
However, once a Pokémon has reached the maximum level, level 100, that part of EXP does not matter anymore.
Higher EXP does help you get points for the leaderboards, so if you're interested in that you can keep training a Pokémon after it's reached Level 100.
If you are not interested in the leaderboards, then there is little reason to train beyond Level 100.
  15. Auke1993's post in Explore was marked as the answer
I was able to Explore over an hour ago.
I feel like whatever the issue was is slowly being resolved, whether that's automatically or due to some kind of maintenance.
  16. Auke1993's post in Can mega evolution Pokémon turn back? was marked as the answer
In Pokémon Vortex, Mega Evolutions count as standard item-based evolutions.
Once an evolution has happened, it cannot be undone.
  17. Auke1993's post in experience was marked as the answer
If you mean the EXP listed on your Vortex profile, it's listed next to the number whether it's total or average EXP.
When you view someone else's account in the Members tab on the left, the same applies. It'll say 'total EXP' or 'average EXP'.
Both refer to the combined EXP of all of your currently owned Pokémon, combined (with average giving the average instead of the total).
  18. Auke1993's post in Question... was marked as the answer
At base, it never happens. If it happens it's extremely rare.
I was once given a rare Pokémon, but only because of the intention of doing a giveaway with it, which was done.
I can't speak for the reasoning of others being given Pokémon, if it's even true.
  19. Auke1993's post in Encountering Pokemon rates! was marked as the answer
Encounter rates stay the same. They do not change, no matter how many Pokémon you catch.
The only thing that 'affects' encounter chances is which Gyms you have defeated. The area with Articuno will have a 0% chance to find an Articuno if you haven't beaten all Kanto Gyms. That's about the only change to it.
  20. Auke1993's post in How can I farm exp was marked as the answer
There are two main ways to do it.
I explain them in my tutorial video I made about this subject. It was made in V4, but pretty much everything still applies now.

  21. Auke1993's post in Pokemon encounter rate was marked as the answer
If your friend got their Legendaries that quickly, then they were just extremely lucky. There's nothing that can be done about that.
Legendaries are very hard to find. The chance to encounter them is low.
However, it is and will stay a chance. It may take you a week to find a Legendary, while someone else finds multiple in five minutes.
  22. Auke1993's post in Zygarde event was marked as the answer
Patrick has recently said he's more interested in events that give access to Pokémon that have not yet been released.
So chances of repeat events are low. Low means they can still happen, but they are very unlikely.
Most upcoming events are likely to give access to Pokémon that we don't have yet on Vortex.
  23. Auke1993's post in Hoopa variants was marked as the answer
There is no increased chance anywhere.
There are four Routes where Hoopa appears.
They all give the exact same spawn rate for Hoopa and its variants.
  24. Auke1993's post in Account was marked as the answer
It's the account of someone who has donated money to support Pokémon Vortex.
  25. Auke1993's post in Tricks to catch legendary or ulta beasts was marked as the answer
There's a very low chance to find an Ultra Beast, but in the end it remains a chance.
It's unlikely you will find it wihin 1000 encounters, but at the same time it could be your first one of the day.
There is no known way to increase their spawn rate.
