    Well, they are slightly different in color as well. A shiny arceus has yellowish eyes while an shiny arceus (electric) has red eyes.
    And again, you cant change the name of the pokemon that is currently in vortex.

    This is true for everyone, no event is currently going on. I did not quite get your question, how is season related to event? And what is the question there, what you said is a statement!

    The Pokemon Vortex Dashboard will update you on when the event starts and when it ends.
