  1. Patrick will my account be returned to me. If not can i just have my arceus darks returned pls. My Shadow arceus dark and 2 dark arceus dark and mystic arceus dark and 11 normal arceus darks pls. Reply so im aware of whats happening thanks

      Nothing is being returned. The account broke the terms of service, it doesn’t matter who was behind the computer doing it.

  2. Dear Patrick,

    I found put why my account got banned and who stole my account. After my gmail got Hacked i created a second account called 'Mahfuj1'. Due to the help of "Flamescape" He stated that another account 'Mazy2' was created. On the same IP address Although i didn't create this. So this is evidence that my brother created this account as he is the only other person that has access to my laptop. So yesterday after "Flamesape" Informed me. I confronted my brother and he said He hacked my account and got me banned on purpose. This is because he wanted me to trade him my Arceus (Dark) but i said i wouldn't. So he installed a botting software to ban my account and he created another one to make it look like it was me. So then i told "Framescape" to check if his pokemon account. Look what you know his account 'Yunus1' also got banned for botting software as Karma .This is evidence that shows it was not me who used botting software and I'm a victim of this fraud crime. I have told you the honest truth of what happened. Hopefully now you take my perspective in consideration and Unban my account Mazy as i worked very hard for those pokemon. If not i can Understand why but hopefully you can see that i am victim and offer me one more chance as this will never happen again as i told him he can't use my laptop no longer and i have changed my passwords on everything. All i ask for from the bottom of my heart is for another chance and i will prove to you that i am not like him. Thank you anyway for all your support hopefully you will take everything that has happened in consideration.

  3. Patrick please support me and return my account as i really enjoyed the event you created. In the Arceus event when i caught shadow arceus dark i was proud that 36hrs of playing was worth it and too lose that is making me depress please help me you have to power to restore it i will prove that i never used a bot and it was the hacker who done this just restore it to 1 days before this issue occurred and i will be greatful and carry on playing the best pokemon game created on pc.

    Today i wasnt able to sign into my gmail account. Also i couldnt sign into my pokemon vortex account i tried to enter my password it kept saying incorrect then afterwards i contacted google they made me verify i was the holder of my google account and i had to change my password on my google account. Afterwards i changed my password on my pokemon vortex account. And it gave me an error message. Saying i have been banned. My account is Mazy i worked very hard during the event and caught around 13 arceus darks i played 12 hrs for 3 days. and after my account was "banned" i freaked out so i created a new account to search my pokemon to see if they were still there but my account no longer exists someone please contact the pokemon vortex representives in order for me to restore my progress and get my account back please. i am a huge fan of the game and wish to continue carrying in playing please help me @chris @patrick . Thanks everyone for supporting me as i am really upset for losing my account and will be much greatful if this issue is resolved thanks.

      It has nothing to do with professionalism... your account safety is your responsibility. If someone goes on your account and breaks rules then the account is still at fault, it doesn’t matter who is at the computer.

      But nothing is in my power to prevent my gmail from getting hack i never give my password out to anyone its not fault of mine that such a thing happened. And if you and the pokemon vortex team were professional you would understand and give me another opportunity as its not my fault and you should be able to monitor whether i was cheating after cuz in a period were i had no access to my account a hacker miss uses it. Realistically you should understand and be professional regarding this issue instead my account and hard work is removed from the game. And although the company has the power to return it they won't cuz they are not professional regarding problems the in game players face.

      And also why would i cheat if i played 12 hrs for 4 days straight looking for for legendaries and Arceus Dark. To just lose those pokemon and hard work and time.

      I am upset that your team are not understanding enough to support me.
