I went to explore to catch some Pokemons but when I got in the map all the text was overlayed with Black color.
I would have added the screenshot but I don't know how !!
I couldn't see the image of the Pokemon and also couldn't see the name because of the Black overlay.

Please fix this problem. I could have lost an Mystic Arceus because of this.

I am Atharava Srivastava from India. I love playing this game because it gives me a sense of belonging, whatever I am doing I got to check up on the game, see if I have got any messagea from anyone, check my chats, see if I have any requests, check if I am still the highest bidder in the auctions I want to win. And obviously because of my friends and the people who think I can do nothing in this game, like ( don't want to mention the name ) the person who wanted to trade an Arceus for the prize I won from LinaX's giveaway Keldeo ( Resolute ), I want to prove this person wrong and catch an Arceus on my own.
I am funny ( I think ), I will my friends if it is under my control and I can do a lot of unexpected stuff ( like, I bidded 1,000,000 pkds for 25 master balls very bad decision ).

Check you network connection while using Explore and other features of the game. If there is any difference between them, then get you network connection checked, it might be taking more load when you are using Explore.
You can check by also using another device with the same internet connection. If you are still facing the problem then there might be some problem with your internet. If not then either your device has a problem or your browser

It doesn't happen like, you go and you encounter the legendary Pokemon you have search for a while and then only can you find it.
And for the galar ones, I think you have to be on the Galar sidequests to catch the Galarian Pokemon

This happens to me aslo but after sometime it starts working again.
So I would suggest that you wait, if it works then okay if not then try changing your device.

I think that there should be varied money prizes for the sidequests as some have 50-60 battles and others have 200-250 battles.
We work so hard for completing the region which has 200 battles but we get the same prize as the region which has 50 battles.
Either there should be varied monetary prizes or equal amounts of battle.
I would prefer varied monetary prizes
