these r the best rates ACCORDING TO ME: 
there are no fixed rates in general,and a pokemon is worth whatever you think is right
for kanto fossils like as they r easily obtainable by doing just  100 battles these r the rates for them : 
normal : in normal legends 1-2 , in unique legends 1
unique : in normal legends 2-3 , in unique legends 2
 
for hoenn fossils u have to do 690 battles to get them and the prize varies between fossils and orbs
these r rare so the rates r as follows :
normal : in normal legends 3-4 , in unique legends 2
unique : in normal legends 4-6 , in unique legends 3-4 
 
for sinnoh fossils  u have to do 1212 battles to get these 
these r also rare so the rates r as follows :
normal : in normal legends 6 , in unique legends 4
unique : in normal legends 7-9 , in unique legends 6-7
 
note : these r the average rates as per the rates on threads on the forums opinion from other people may differ  

u can only donate for pokemon like on specific ocassions when Patrick , the game admin , needs fund for buying servers, updating etc, and no one knows when will be the next donation be held , they all cost 10$ each and can be baught in all six types eg : shiny, normal, mystic, metallic, dark, shadow, both unique and normal r priced the same and the payment method is through PayPal  

yes there is nothing wrong with ur account or ur exp or anything , when u put ur pokemon up for trade or offer them on some other pokemon the amount of exp and pokemon decreases from ur account , unless if the case is something like this : if u have 2 of the same type eg if u have 2 normal charizards both with 1 million exp each and ur unique pokemon count is 50 and total exp is 10 million so when u offer 1 x charizard , the amount of unique pokemon will remain same but the amount of exp will decrease 

must be some type of cache problem , try to clear up / remove / delete the internet cache and it might work , otherwise ur internet might be very slow which causes some lag and pokemon spirtes may not appear on the page , or just keep moving around until u find one

u can only encounter basic normal and unique non leggies up to lv 20 , however pokemon like etc can be also found but only in normal state and are above lv 20 but lower than lv 50 , u cannot encounter their unique type and they have the same catch rate as legendary pokemon , and lastly after completing all gyms, elite four, battle frontier, battle mansion , championships will enable u to encounter legendary pokemon which have a 1 in a 1000 chance of appearing and they r all above lv 50 ,
u can also catch low level pokemon on map and train them on training accounts to get high level pokemon quick , eg train a level 5 or level 6 deerling on training account called Normal_unit ( be sure to keep the spelling the same as typed here ) and after u have finished defeating all the zigzagoons , ur deerling will be at lv100 , though it will consume some time , hope it helped 

Hehe. I'm 100% sure you got busted, well you might have an easy password, so somebody got access to your account, and traded all the legendaries and good Pokemon to their respective account and u got left with not-so-good Pokemon. Don't worry the best advice to you is to start over and keep a difficult password, and there is also an anti scam guide on the forums you may want to visit it , this is not a bug but reality, sorry life is full of disappointments
