Hehe. I'm 100% sure you got busted, well you might have an easy password, so somebody got access to your account, and traded all the legendaries and good Pokemon to their respective account and u got left with not-so-good Pokemon. Don't worry the best advice to you is to start over and keep a difficult password, and there is also an anti scam guide on the forums you may want to visit it , this is not a bug but reality, sorry life is full of disappointments

You just cannot loose your Pokemon like that. Either you got banned or have been scammed by someone. Did you give your password to somebody?

when was the last time you had them?did you share your password with anyone?was it before or after the rollback?

Your not giving any details, you need to post more than just "My stuff is gone."

 

@Patrick did just finish cleaning out people who were cheating. Or maybe your just returning from a long time ago and missed that v2 was wiped or the data crash. Or you can ask Patrick directly yourself with more information.
