Answered Rockruff not evolving

My rockruff became lvl 33 already at night but won't evolve into midnight Lr. for some reason, I thought it was a bug So I grinded another rockruff for it to evolve. THE OTHER ONE DIDNT EVOLVE EITHER!!! At 17:49/5:49pm so it's suppose to be dusk form but not. Tried logging out and in. Doesn't work

Pokémon don’t evolve automatically, you need to do it yourself by pressing the + option when viewing your team or list of all Pokémon.
