Answered Account Not Accessible

I was currently using my account going around the map, ive been playing for about 2 hour or more, and then suddenly my page freezes. I try to refresh the page to the point I get a error can't reach server page. I quit my browser, try to log in and then it says that pokemonvortex has banned my account? WTF? 

 

I haven't used this account in a while since today when I found out pokemonvortex was still operating. All my pokemon including legendaries were all missing and I was left with 6 pokemon in my team. I have spent the past 4-5 hours playing and haven't complained at all. And now my account is banned? I've had this account for years (even when it was pokemoncrater) and now it says i'm banned? I expect an fix to the access to my account as well as all the missing pokemon from my account! This is unacceptable!

I understand it's been a while since you last played, although I think you might be mis-remembering the thing about Crater.

 

You have been banned because you were automating gameplay. This is against the rules.

 

You're welcome to start a new account, but please keep in mind that any attempt to automate any aspect of gameplay may result in another ban in future.
