2 PenguinizedYT Posted February 12, 2022 Share Posted February 12, 2022 You cannot by them in Pokémart nor in PokeBay, but all you have to do (I think) you click on a "lightning bolt" like this "⚡" then click a move you want and click the move you want to replace, then select the "learn" button.
